If you are placing your order via website - before check-out - you will find two
modes of payment: Cash on Delivery & Bank Transfer. You don’t have to do
anything additional for the former. However, if you choose Bank Transfer, you have
to take a screenshot of the payment and send it to us via whatsapp @ Bnatural
helpline or DM us on our Facebook/Instagram page because that’s the only way for
us to track it. Your order is processed once we receive the screenshot.
All customers are charged a flat rate of Rs. 200 as delivery charges. Delivery charges are
automatically added to your total bill at check-out. However, for orders above 3kg, delivery
charges may vary depending on the size of the package. All such customers are contacted
personally by our team.
If, for some reason, you’d like to amend your order, please get in touch with us via
whatsapp @ Bnatural helpline or DM us on our Facebook/Instagram page within an
hour of placing your order. We will be more than happy to accommodate you.
Once you place an order with us, you receive an automatically-generated confirmation email.
Orders placed before 3.00 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3.00 pm are
dispatched the next day. Our courier partners get in touch with you via sms as soon as they
pick your package from our head office. They also provide a Tracking ID, that is unique to your
package, in that sms . You can use that Tracking ID to track your package. If you are still unable
to track your package, you can always get in touch with our team at the head office via Bnatural
helpline or facebook & instagram pages.
